I do not like my artwork, I want a REFUND?Updated a year ago

At Makeof.me, we take great pride in creating customized cartoon characters that bring your vision to life. As each character is uniquely designed to your specifications, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer returns or refunds on any orders once they have been processed.

Due to the customized nature of our products, I cannot offer returns or refunds once the order has been processed. But hey, who would want to return a one-of-a-kind cartoon version of themselves, right? Plus, I start working on your order right away to make sure you get it as soon as possible.

If you have any concerns about the quality or accuracy of the final product, don't worry! I'll send you a preview to get your approval before we finalize your order. 

ATTENTION: 24 HOURS TO APPROVE ARTWORK. It will take me 2-4 days to create your digital artwork. Once complete, I will email you the artwork. You will have the option to request changes or you can APPROVE right away. ANY CHANGE REQUESTS HAVE TO BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS otherwise your order will be auto approved by our system.

PS: Requesting changes does put your art in the back of the line, so fulfillment does take longer.
